Visualization
Visualization creates life changes by introducing a fresh perspective into the arenas of relations, performance, and health. As we grow up, we learn reactions to situations that we encounter in our daily interactions with people that are in our lives. It occurs to us very often that "we could have handled that differently." Using visualization, we can practice this situation over and over again until we perfect our reactions, improving our relationships.
Research has indicated overwhelming success in athletes who use visualization to improve their performances. The athletes have made a choice to practice their events over and over until they perfect each nuance in their technique. The results are clear. They constantly outdo their personal best with each event because they are seeing themselves succeed.

Viewing the body as a whole organism with integrated interactive systems is much easier with visualization. When we have a clear understanding of how our body works, we can use visualization to speed up the healing process. For example, when your arm is broken, you can visualize the parts of the arm that are broken, like looking at an x-ray. You can see the process of how the bone heals and knits itself back together. The more this process is done, the quicker the healing.
In learning and practicing visualization, you will discover the power of your mind. In using visualization as part of your meditation, you will use this as prayer to bring peace to your life. You will realize that you can live your dreams.
