Healing
Healing is needed at times because an individual has developed life habits that create extreme stress on the physical body, on the mind and/or spirit to the point of creating a major imbalance. These life habits might include smoking, drinking, or excesses of eating, etc.
One critical factor that can lead to the need for healing is a person's belief in sickness. Our beliefs too often lead to the manifestation of conditions far from our desires. We contribute to what we allow our minds to focus on. If we can identify and change these beliefs, healing can occur. Healing is the use of the inner power and resources of our mind and body to restore our own unique balance. Healing gives us the ability to live lives of vitality, joy and harmony. When balance and harmony are achieved, full health can be enjoyed.
